Yr1:Storyboarding - Movie Sequence

We had to choose a movie or short film and board a scene. I chose Sorcerer's apprentice from the original Fantasia, one of my favourite movies. This is the scene where the Sorcerer comes home to find to find Mickey had stolen his hat and things got a little out of control.

our assignment was to design a character, and create story sequence of the character interacting with an object. We made the key frames, and for our next animation assignment we are animating it :)

We had to animate a walk cycle for an original character that we designed, and I had so much fun with it that I decided to make him run too… here he is.

Yr1:Painting- mastercopy

Had a mastercopy painting project. We had to paint small 4x6 studies in black and white, mine were from Bambi, peterpan, up, princess and the frog and la luna. Tried experimenting with different painting styles. The finals were tonal and color studies from peterpan. It's the night sky over London. "Second star to the right and straight on till morning"
