ooooo I'm rusty. really, really rusty. but we did a few cool exercises to loosen up our drawings which were a lot of fun...

These were practising creating mass from the outer lines of the figure instead of indicating the entire limb:

So this summer i've been the absolute worst about drawing, something i swore to myself i wouldn't do. and lets just say, going 2 months without drawing... not a great way to get ready for second year. so I'm forcing myself to post and draw so i can get back into the swing of things before school starts again and i find myself in major trouble.

went to my first LD of the summer today.... embarrassing. but I went to the open life drawing at the Gladstone hotel and met some really cool people and it was a lot of fun! new summer ritual right here.. just gotta pray the results improve....
